Nugent to attend Obama State of the Union address

Rep. Steve Stockman has given on of his "gallery visitor" passes to the State of the Union address to Ted Nugent.  It will be interesting to see if he actually makes it into the building as the Secret Service has investigated Nugent on a prior perceived threat to the President.

"during a National Rifle Association meeting in St. Louis, Nugent rallied support for Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney and said of the Obama administration: "We need to ride into that battlefield and chop their heads off in November." He also said he would be "dead or in jail by this time next year" if Obama is re-elected." -- Washington Times


The Secret Service, of course, closed it's investigation of Nugent after a short interview.  It is quite humerous that the imagery/metaphor that Nugent used above is almost exactly what "Rahm Deadfish Emanual" was famous for uttering at that dinner when he was plotting against his political rivals.
