I was first probed by the "Executive Office of the President of the US" earlier this month when they read my article posted on this blog concerning the Ft. Hood investigation handed to John Brennan.
Now, today the "Justice Dept" in Washington, DC perused my site, specifically my article on "Helter Skelter Charles Manson's prophecy".
It appears that I am drawing some attention from those in Washington that would rather remain unnoticed and anonymous when they are doing their destruction of this great nation.

White House man who’s firm breached State Dept. computers
Is to report today on Ft. Hood investigation
The White House director of Homeland Security (not to be confused with the cabinet level position held and confirmed by Janet Napalitano) was directed, at Obama’s order to deliver his preliminary report of the internal investigation of the Ft. Hood Shooting.
Congress was requested to “Stand Down” in their investigation to wait for the White House, Pentagon and FBI/law enforcement investigations are completed.
It baffles my mind how John Brennan, as CEO of a security firm, had one of his employees implicated in the Passport breach that resulted in the murder of the governments lone witness, had secured such a lofty position within the Obama Administration?
We are to trust this? I think not. This is why I am reminding those who read my articles that the November 30th date (investigation preliminary report due) has arrived and we shall wait with baited breath on the cover-up that will undoubtedly take place in white washing the “Islamic terror angle” that is so obvious.
This is what Obama demanded:
“On November 6, 2009, I directed that an immediate inventory be conducted of all intelligence in U.S. Government files that existed prior to November 6, 2009, relevant to the tragic shooting at Fort Hood, Texas, especially anything having to do with the alleged shooter, Major Nidal Malik Hasan, U.S. Army. In addition, I directed an immediate review be initiated to determine how any such intelligence was handled, shared, and acted upon within individual departments and agencies and what intelligence was shared with others. This inventory and review shall be conducted in a manner that does not interfere with the ongoing criminal investigations of the Fort Hood shooting.
The results of this inventory and review, as well as any recommendations for improvements to procedures and practices, shall be provided to John Brennan, Assistant to the President for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism, who will serve as the principal point of contact on this matter for the White House. Preliminary results of this review shall be provided by November 30, 2009.”
It amazes me that after 9/11 and all of the hearings, investigations and subsequent recommendations we are still holding reviews of this kind. Maybe I am mistaken (though I think not because not only have I studied the 9/11 commission findings and recommendations I own the book as reference) but this should fall under those previous recommendations which obviously did not work or more aptly, followed by this administration.

Formal criminal Treason charges were filed by a retired naval officer against Barry Sotero aka Barack Obama in June 2009 with the Monroe County Court. The retired officer has since been paid a visit by Secret Service personnel and months of rejection by the courts, his tenacity to “uphold and defend the US Constitution” has paid off.
The prior rejection of the courts did not deter this hero of the Constitution and his purpose never wavered, he simply filed criminal obstruction of justice charges against the Grand Jury Foreman. This got their “constitutional” attention and have since scheduled a sitting Grand Jury to hear the evidence.
As Canada Free press indicates:
“Make no mistake… The courts have clearly ruled that NO AMERICAN CITIZEN has the “proper standing” to ask even the most fundamental questions about Barack Hussein Obama (aka Barry Soetoro). The American press has not only ignored these facts, but mocked anyone willing to ask the right questions - of the right people - in the right way.
Tuesday, the Monroe County Grand Jury will get an opportunity to make history and reverse the modern trend of denying citizens their day in court. The people have a right to know who and what Obama really is. Let’s see if the Monroe County Grand Jury has the backbone to force Obama to answer that question.
When an unconstitutional resident of the White House rushes a laundry list of unconstitutional policies through, including the use of the Military against U.S. citizens—against the demands of the American citizens, it’s time to ask some very serious questions and the American people deserve no less than honest answers.
The Monroe County Grand Jury will hear these and other charges Tuesday December 1st. God help this nation if they lack the courage to take a stand with the citizenry of this great nation.  The future of American justice hangs in the balance! The people deserve much more than a simple birth certificate. They deserve a legitimate government - limited to its constitutional authority - and they deserve a justice system willing to uphold those foundational principles and values.

A Willie Horton moment
Huckabee’s Presidential aspirations are finished!
Sunday morning 4 police officers in Washington State were gunned down in an apparent targeted murder.
"Two baristas and a few customers were inside the coffee shop at the time of the shooting, they were not injured but all are in shock and traumatized. It appears the officers were targeted and ambushed by the suspect."
He says the unidentified suspect is described as a black male in his mid-20's to mid-30's, 5'7" to 5'10" tall, medium build, scruffy, wearing a black jacket over a gray hooded sweatshirt, and blue jeans.
The four police officers were all in uniform, and were all members of the Lakewood Police Department.
The officers were one female and three males. The Lakewood Police Department will handle the release of all information regarding the officers.
On Fox News today -- Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee says he's leaning slightly against running for president in 2012 but says it's far too early to say what he will do.
Also today in a news report:
A man with an extensive criminal past _ whose 95-year prison sentence was commuted in Arkansas nearly a decade ago _ was being sought Sunday as a "person of interest" in a deadly ambush on four police officers who were gunned down inside a coffee shop. The man that commuted the sentence was Mike Huckabee.
Mike Huckabee can kiss his future political Presidential aspirations good-bye.
The police have a very large case on their hands to hunt down the killer. The police issued a press release that they were seeking Maurice Clemmons, 37, was one of several people investigators want to talk to and that he could not be called a suspect at this point.
Can you say Michael Dukakis and Willie Horton?
During the 1988 election, Democrats “cried foul” about bringing up Horton in the campaign. The foul that the Democrats raised was about “race”. As usual they bring out the race card, because Horton was black. Similarly the man that the police in Washington State are also seeking is black. Let’s see if the Democrats pull an about face and use this against Huckabee (which I believe is fair game to do so when political correctness allows a dangerous offender back into society).
On October 26, 1974, in Lawrence, Massachusetts, Horton and two accomplices robbed Joseph Fournier, a 17-year-old gas station attendant, stabbing him 19 times after he had cooperated by handing over all of the money in the cash register. His body was dumped in a trash can. Fournier died from blood loss.[1] Horton was convicted of murder, sentenced to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole, and incarcerated at the Concord Correctional Facility in Massachusetts.[2]
On June 6, 1986, he was released as part of a weekend furlough program but did not return. On April 3, 1987 in Oxon Hill, Maryland, Horton twice raped a local woman after pistol-whipping, knifing, binding, and gagging her fiancé. He then stole the car belonging to the man he had assaulted, but was later captured by police after a chase. Though Michael Dukakis did not create the furlough program, he did support it and as a result lost the 1988 Presidential Campaign. - Wikipedia

Hope, Change and the socialist collaboration
Black militants and White wannabe's!
To understand what is happening in America today we must look at the past, at the cancer that was introduced as well as those who were responsible for the “paradigm shift” that grew into the policies of the Obama Administration as well as the left as a whole.
Those in power today were the children of those are viewed as “the greatest generation” for the patriotism they exhibited during WWII and the sacrifices made by everyday Americans on the home front. Maybe it was Post Traumatic Stress Disorder of those who returned to terrorize and decimate their families as a result of their participation in such horrific battles as Guadalcanal or Iwo Jima.
One thing is for sure, it was the sons and daughters of that generation that is responsible for this shift.
I would like to start with the picture above which was taken by Life Magazine for a 1968 article about the “Columbia University” takeover by students that were led by members of the “Students for a Democratic Society (SDS)”.
This picture is revealing in so many ways as it captured the collaboration of socialist/communist professors that have infiltrated our college campuses and the students they indoctrinated. These “professors of communism” took a play out of Hitler’s playbook and fomented racial divisions to whip up violent dissent in this country and the “end game” of this foment is now being played out with the election of Barack Obama who was essentially elected by those very students the socialists indoctrinated. We know that ACORN, SEIU as well as scores of other non-profits coalesced their resources to elect this particular man.
We know that Obama’s political career was launched in the living-room of William Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn. Both Ayers and Dohrn were members of the SDS and went on to found the Weatherman Underground.
We know that ACORN mobilized it’s “get out the vote” arm as well. The founder of ACORN was another SDS member and Weather Underground member, Wade Rathke.
We know that the SEIU had also mobilized its union members to Barack Obama’s aid in the Presidential elections and were instrumental in defeating the “Clinton machine” during the Democratic Primaries. Wade Rathke found the SEIU (as well as ACORN).
In the picture it shows the man in green (Tom Hayden, founder of the SDS) helping a University Professor into a window of the Math building at Columbia University in 1968 when members of the SDS took over the buildings in an act of civil disobedience. The woman being helped is Francis Fox Piven (of the Cloward-Piven strategy).
The picture above tells a thousand words of how the Tom Hayden, founder of the SDS (and author of the “Port Huron Statement” in 1960) gave a helping hand to Francis Fox Piven, Columbia University Sociology Professor and the author of the Cloward-Piven strategy that is wreaking so much havoc today.
It is fact that both the SDS members of yesterday have taken this strategy and are using it today to bring about the financial collapse of the US Government
The Cloward-Piven Strategy was drafted in 1966 (2 years before this photo was taken) by Francis Fox Piven and her would be husband (2001) Richard Cloward.
The strategy they co-authored is best described as a “Strategy for forcing political change through orchestrated crisis”. If this sounds familiar just remember the multiple times you hear the Obama Administration, specifically Rahm Emanuel remind us that “You never want a serious crisis to go to waste. And what I mean by that is an opportunity to do things you think you could not do before.”
“The Cloward–Piven strategy is a political strategy outlined by Richard Cloward and Frances Fox Piven, then both sociologists and political activists at the Columbia University School of Social Work, in a 1966 article in The Nation. The two argued that many Americans who were eligible for welfare were not receiving benefits, and that a welfare enrollment drive would create a political crisis that would force U.S. politicians, particularly the Democratic Party, to enact legislation "establishing a guaranteed national income.
Michael Reisch and Janice Andrews wrote that Cloward and Piven "proposed to create a crisis in the current welfare system – by exploiting the gap between welfare law and practice – that would ultimately bring about its collapse and replace it with a system of guaranteed annual income. They hoped to accomplish this end by informing the poor of their rights to welfare assistance, encouraging them to apply for benefits and, in effect, overloading an already overburdened bureaucracy.”
Once again, if this sounds familiar just think about the recent “mortgage crisis” and the bail out of Fanny Mae and Freddie Mac when, after decades of forcing the banks to give home loans to the poor and minorities that could not repay them reached a “crisis” of un-sustainability.
Crisis after crisis are being orchestrated to further the strategy.
The next statement, when put into perspective of what is happening around the United States today on the local, State and Federal levels allow you to truly understand that this strategy is unfolding before our very eyes:
“Cloward and Piven calculated that persuading even a fraction of potential welfare recipients to demand their entitlements would bankrupt the system. The result, they predicted, would be "a profound financial and political crisis" that would unleash "powerful forces … for major economic reform at the national level."
Their article called for "cadres of aggressive organizers" (ACORN, SEIU) to use "demonstrations to create a climate of militancy." Intimidated by threats of black violence (New Black Panthers), politicians would appeal to the federal government for help. Carefully orchestrated media campaigns, carried out by friendly, leftwing journalists, would float the idea of "a federal program of income redistribution," in the form of a guaranteed living income for all -- working and non-working people alike. Local officials would clutch at this idea like drowning men to a lifeline. They would apply pressure on Washington to implement it. With every major city erupting into chaos, Washington would have to act.”
Competing philosophies:
Has anyone ever noticed how the very same people that have ascended in the fifty years spew the same philosophies they did when they were young – racial inequality and oppression of the poor? This is evident by the “Black Panther” platform in 1966. In 1972, the platform changed its platform in a nuanced political maneuver that highlights the “paradigm shift” that continues today. Before you read the Black Panther Charters (1966 & 1972) one must ask “what happened in the six years” that caused the Platform language to change? Some notable things happened in 1972, 1) Equal Rights Amendment of 1972; 2) Anti-war demonstrations across US draw 100,000; 3) Watergate break-in arrests and the Terror attack at the Munich Olympics;
It is more plausible that when the leadership breakup in 1972 of the Black Panthers as a result of the constant violent activities of the group it was a “last straw” event. This was preceded by the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and subsequent African American advances of equality making the violent struggle moot.

9. We want all black people when brought to trial to be tried in court by a jury of their peer group or people from their black communities, as defined by the Constitution of the United States.
We believe that the courts should follow the United States Constitution so that black people will receive fair trials. The 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution gives a man a right to be tried by his peer group. A peer is a person from a similar economic, social, religious, geographical, environmental, historical and racial background. To do this the court will be forced to select a jury from the black community from which the black defendant came. We have been, and are being tried by all-white juries that have no understanding of the "average reasoning man" of the black community.

Bobby Rush, Bobby Seale, Jesse Jackson, Barack Obama, Tom Hayden, Jane Fonda, John Kerry, Ward Churchill, Jeremiah Wright, Angela Davis, Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn to name a few.
These individuals were involved with violent radical organizations that have achieved most of what they were advocating in regards to the racial suppression yet they all today spew the same rhetoric as if there have been no shift against racism in this country. They use the platform to continue to grow their individual power standing on the shoulders of an outdated concern.
Most of those on the list today have amassed great power and influence because of racism. Most of those on the list have been involved in murder, terror and activities that are treasonous against the USA. For instance:
Bobby Seale, Professor Temple University (Co-Founder of the Black Panthers):

Seale was put on trial again in 1970 in the New Haven Black Panther trials. Several officers of the Panther organization had "executed" a fellow Panther, Alex Rackley, because they believed he was informing for the FBI.
The leader of the murder plan, George Sams, jr., turned state's evidence and testified that he had been ordered to kill Rackley by Seale himself, who had visited New Haven only hours before the murder. The jury was unable to reach a verdict in Seale's trial, and the charges were eventually dropped.

In more recent years, Seale’s actions differ greatly from the radical ones of his past. In 1987, he authored a cookbook called Barbequing with Bobby and was also a spokesman for Ben & Jerry’s ice cream. In the early 1990's Seale appeared on the TV documentary series 'Cold War' reminiscing about events in the 1960s.
In 2002, Seale began dedicating his time to Reach!, a group focused on youth education programs. Also, he taught black studies at Temple University in Philadelphia and is currently launching an instructional, nonprofit group helping people develop the necessary techniques and tools to set up community organization within their neighborhoods.
Tom Hayden, 68 Helped lead the antiwar protest at the Democratic National Convention
I never feared for my life during the attacks. I think it must be like a soldier in a war zone. Your adrenaline is so high that you’re not thinking those thoughts. I’m being clubbed and slugged; I was gassed. The gassing seemed perpetual. The officers seemed to be just wantonly beating people. It was without boundaries. I was arrested twice in two days. I don’t know if my body or lungs could withstand it today. When you’re young, the body seems to want to survive. —Tom Hayden was cofounder of the Students for a Democratic Society, and one of the organizers of the anti-Vietnam war demonstration outside the Democratic National Convention in Chicago in 1968. Now a writer and researcher, he teaches sociology at Pitzer College in Clairmont, California, and is a member of the editorial board of The Nation.
Married to Jane Fonda. Went to Vietnam with her during her Hanoi Jane days.
MARK RUDD, 60 Student leader of the Columbia occupation
All of us grew up either in the civil rights movement or watching it. It was on television, and what got communicated was the notion that what an individual does can actually make a difference. So we used that organizing model—education, one-on-one engagement, confrontation. Closing down Columbia University over the war and over its institutional racism served as a model for others and helped build that movement. My friends and I developed a theory that what had happened at Columbia could not only be replicated on many other college campuses, but also that it could be replicated in the society as a whole. I really thought a revolution was possible in 1968. I staked my life on it. I think I had too much of a eureka moment. —Twenty-year-old Mark Rudd became the poster boy for student rebellion on April 23, 1968, when, as chairman of the Columbia University chapter of the Students for a Democratic Society (SDS), he led the eight-day occupation of university buildings in protest of the school’s relationship with the military, including a military research consortium known as the Institute for Defense Analyses (IDA), and Columbia’s plans to build a new gymnasium in a city park between itself and nearby Harlem—despite protests from the mostly African American community there. Rudd later helped form the Weathermen, an SDS splinter group that advocated armed revolutionary struggle. In March 1970, following an explosion at a Weathermen bomb factory in the West Village, Rudd went underground in a flight from the law that lasted seven years. Today, he is an outspoken critic of the turn to violent struggle by the New Left in the late ’60s.

Four months after I get married, here’s my husband charged with three counts of attempted murder. It’s two days after King’s assassination, the height of the war. It’s madness, off-the-hook—you never knew what was going to happen. But you make a decision when you join a revolutionary movement: What’s most important in the world—your private existence or the collective transformation of the community? This tremendous legacy of fighting against slavery is what we were keying in on. We were young, and we were trying new things, but we knew we had inherited a struggle. One of the problems for today’s youth is that they don’t know how to handle this inheritance, and don’t really understand in some sense what they’ve inherited. There are many people who think the hip-hop culture activities are a political movement! I think the commercialization and the failure of public education, and the collapse of solid, working-class black communities because of changes in the economy, are all taking a huge hit on the community of people who would be furthering that legacy. [In 1968] we were taking something that was already there and making it sound and look different and cooler. We didn’t invent political rallies, we didn’t invent protests, but we did something with political rallies and protests that nobody else was doing. We were reformulating how black people thought about participating in the political process, because politics was kind of strange to black people, particularly ghetto teenagers. You know, “What’s politics?” So we were trying to break it down, like Bobby Seale would say: “Break it down to the real nitty-gritty.” —Kathleen Neal Cleaver's transformation from daughter of a college professor to a “stomp-down revolutionary” battling “domestic imperialism” was complete by 1968. She’d dropped out of Barnard College to join the Student Non-Violent Coordinating Committee (SNCC) and in 1967 moved to San Francisco and married Black Panther leader and Soul on Ice author Eldridge Cleaver. The next year Eldridge would be involved in a shootout with Oakland police, and eventually Kathleen would emerge as the public face of the Black Panthers. A committed activist still—she divorced the now-deceased Eldridge in 1987—the Yale University graduate teaches law at Emory University in Atlanta.
The radical and violent 60’s activists that avoided serious jail time for their terror attacks against US targets on US soil have now come to enjoy cushy College jobs and several have been elected to political positions while others have started “community organizations” to further bring about socialism to this country. They are well funded and politically protected and connected in all upper echelons of the US Government. Recent media accounts of this include the Attorney General dropping charges against the “New Black Panthers” for white voter intimidation; Attorney General overturning Congress to allow ACORN to receive federal funding in spite of overwhelming evidence of corruption, voter fraud and political infiltration. Barack Obama was, and is still connected and protects ACORN, SEIU and other “community organizations” to further allow funding to these nefarious and violent groups to radically change America, after all it is what he promised in his “Hope and Change” platform. Let’s hope this platform is also changed before it is too late to stop it.
America was supposed to have transcended “race” with the election of Barack Obama yet the race card is ever so prevalent. The race baiters and violent extremists of the past that have since become irrelevant have changed (starting in 1972) from “race” (primarily) to that of “class” to justify their existence. Now that we have reached the truth of the left’s goals to transfer wealth and transfer liberty to tyranny we must act. Everyone must act to educate the masses to the fraud of the century to reverse it.
To understand what is happening in America today we must look at the past, at the cancer that was introduced as well as those who were responsible for the “paradigm shift” that grew into the policies of the Obama Administration as well as the left as a whole.
Those in power today were the children of those are viewed as “the greatest generation” for the patriotism they exhibited during WWII and the sacrifices made by everyday Americans on the home front. Maybe it was Post Traumatic Stress Disorder of those who returned to terrorize and decimate their families as a result of their participation in such horrific battles as Guadalcanal or Iwo Jima.
One thing is for sure, it was the sons and daughters of that generation that is responsible for this shift.
I would like to start with the picture above which was taken by Life Magazine for a 1968 article about the “Columbia University” takeover by students that were led by members of the “Students for a Democratic Society (SDS)”.
This picture is revealing in so many ways as it captured the collaboration of socialist/communist professors that have infiltrated our college campuses and the students they indoctrinated. These “professors of communism” took a play out of Hitler’s playbook and fomented racial divisions to whip up violent dissent in this country and the “end game” of this foment is now being played out with the election of Barack Obama who was essentially elected by those very students the socialists indoctrinated. We know that ACORN, SEIU as well as scores of other non-profits coalesced their resources to elect this particular man.
We know that Obama’s political career was launched in the living-room of William Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn. Both Ayers and Dohrn were members of the SDS and went on to found the Weatherman Underground.
We know that ACORN mobilized it’s “get out the vote” arm as well. The founder of ACORN was another SDS member and Weather Underground member, Wade Rathke.
We know that the SEIU had also mobilized its union members to Barack Obama’s aid in the Presidential elections and were instrumental in defeating the “Clinton machine” during the Democratic Primaries. Wade Rathke found the SEIU (as well as ACORN).
In the picture it shows the man in green (Tom Hayden, founder of the SDS) helping a University Professor into a window of the Math building at Columbia University in 1968 when members of the SDS took over the buildings in an act of civil disobedience. The woman being helped is Francis Fox Piven (of the Cloward-Piven strategy).
The picture above tells a thousand words of how the Tom Hayden, founder of the SDS (and author of the “Port Huron Statement” in 1960) gave a helping hand to Francis Fox Piven, Columbia University Sociology Professor and the author of the Cloward-Piven strategy that is wreaking so much havoc today.
It is fact that both the SDS members of yesterday have taken this strategy and are using it today to bring about the financial collapse of the US Government
The Cloward-Piven Strategy was drafted in 1966 (2 years before this photo was taken) by Francis Fox Piven and her would be husband (2001) Richard Cloward.
The strategy they co-authored is best described as a “Strategy for forcing political change through orchestrated crisis”. If this sounds familiar just remember the multiple times you hear the Obama Administration, specifically Rahm Emanuel remind us that “You never want a serious crisis to go to waste. And what I mean by that is an opportunity to do things you think you could not do before.”
“The Cloward–Piven strategy is a political strategy outlined by Richard Cloward and Frances Fox Piven, then both sociologists and political activists at the Columbia University School of Social Work, in a 1966 article in The Nation. The two argued that many Americans who were eligible for welfare were not receiving benefits, and that a welfare enrollment drive would create a political crisis that would force U.S. politicians, particularly the Democratic Party, to enact legislation "establishing a guaranteed national income.
Michael Reisch and Janice Andrews wrote that Cloward and Piven "proposed to create a crisis in the current welfare system – by exploiting the gap between welfare law and practice – that would ultimately bring about its collapse and replace it with a system of guaranteed annual income. They hoped to accomplish this end by informing the poor of their rights to welfare assistance, encouraging them to apply for benefits and, in effect, overloading an already overburdened bureaucracy.”
Once again, if this sounds familiar just think about the recent “mortgage crisis” and the bail out of Fanny Mae and Freddie Mac when, after decades of forcing the banks to give home loans to the poor and minorities that could not repay them reached a “crisis” of un-sustainability.
Crisis after crisis are being orchestrated to further the strategy.
The next statement, when put into perspective of what is happening around the United States today on the local, State and Federal levels allow you to truly understand that this strategy is unfolding before our very eyes:
“Cloward and Piven calculated that persuading even a fraction of potential welfare recipients to demand their entitlements would bankrupt the system. The result, they predicted, would be "a profound financial and political crisis" that would unleash "powerful forces … for major economic reform at the national level."
Their article called for "cadres of aggressive organizers" (ACORN, SEIU) to use "demonstrations to create a climate of militancy." Intimidated by threats of black violence (New Black Panthers), politicians would appeal to the federal government for help. Carefully orchestrated media campaigns, carried out by friendly, leftwing journalists, would float the idea of "a federal program of income redistribution," in the form of a guaranteed living income for all -- working and non-working people alike. Local officials would clutch at this idea like drowning men to a lifeline. They would apply pressure on Washington to implement it. With every major city erupting into chaos, Washington would have to act.”
Competing philosophies:
Has anyone ever noticed how the very same people that have ascended in the fifty years spew the same philosophies they did when they were young – racial inequality and oppression of the poor? This is evident by the “Black Panther” platform in 1966. In 1972, the platform changed its platform in a nuanced political maneuver that highlights the “paradigm shift” that continues today. Before you read the Black Panther Charters (1966 & 1972) one must ask “what happened in the six years” that caused the Platform language to change? Some notable things happened in 1972, 1) Equal Rights Amendment of 1972; 2) Anti-war demonstrations across US draw 100,000; 3) Watergate break-in arrests and the Terror attack at the Munich Olympics;
It is more plausible that when the leadership breakup in 1972 of the Black Panthers as a result of the constant violent activities of the group it was a “last straw” event. This was preceded by the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and subsequent African American advances of equality making the violent struggle moot.

I've spoken to many peasants who talked about the days when their parents had to sell themselves to landlords as virtually slaves, when there were very few schools and much illiteracy, inadequate medical care, when they were not masters of their own lives. We believe that the government must provide, free of charge, for the people, health facilities which will not only treat our illnesses, most of which have come about as a result of our oppression, but which will also develop preventative medical programs to guarantee our future survival. We believe that mass health education and research programs must be developed to give all Black and oppressed people access to advanced scientific and medical information, so we may provide ourselves with proper medical attention and care.

We believe we can end police brutality in our black community by organizing black self-defense groups that are dedicated to defending our black community from racist police oppression and brutality. The Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States gives a right to bear arms. We therefore believe that all black people should arm themselves for self defense.

These individuals were involved with violent radical organizations that have achieved most of what they were advocating in regards to the racial suppression yet they all today spew the same rhetoric as if there have been no shift against racism in this country. They use the platform to continue to grow their individual power standing on the shoulders of an outdated concern.
Most of those on the list today have amassed great power and influence because of racism. Most of those on the list have been involved in murder, terror and activities that are treasonous against the USA. For instance:

Seale was put on trial again in 1970 in the New Haven Black Panther trials. Several officers of the Panther organization had "executed" a fellow Panther, Alex Rackley, because they believed he was informing for the FBI.
The leader of the murder plan, George Sams, jr., turned state's evidence and testified that he had been ordered to kill Rackley by Seale himself, who had visited New Haven only hours before the murder. The jury was unable to reach a verdict in Seale's trial, and the charges were eventually dropped.

In more recent years, Seale’s actions differ greatly from the radical ones of his past. In 1987, he authored a cookbook called Barbequing with Bobby and was also a spokesman for Ben & Jerry’s ice cream. In the early 1990's Seale appeared on the TV documentary series 'Cold War' reminiscing about events in the 1960s.
In 2002, Seale began dedicating his time to Reach!, a group focused on youth education programs. Also, he taught black studies at Temple University in Philadelphia and is currently launching an instructional, nonprofit group helping people develop the necessary techniques and tools to set up community organization within their neighborhoods.
Tom Hayden, 68 Helped lead the antiwar protest at the Democratic National Convention

All of us grew up either in the civil rights movement or watching it. It was on television, and what got communicated was the notion that what an individual does can actually make a difference. So we used that organizing model—education, one-on-one engagement, confrontation. Closing down Columbia University over the war and over its institutional racism served as a model for others and helped build that movement. My friends and I developed a theory that what had happened at Columbia could not only be replicated on many other college campuses, but also that it could be replicated in the society as a whole. I really thought a revolution was possible in 1968. I staked my life on it. I think I had too much of a eureka moment. —Twenty-year-old Mark Rudd became the poster boy for student rebellion on April 23, 1968, when, as chairman of the Columbia University chapter of the Students for a Democratic Society (SDS), he led the eight-day occupation of university buildings in protest of the school’s relationship with the military, including a military research consortium known as the Institute for Defense Analyses (IDA), and Columbia’s plans to build a new gymnasium in a city park between itself and nearby Harlem—despite protests from the mostly African American community there. Rudd later helped form the Weathermen, an SDS splinter group that advocated armed revolutionary struggle. In March 1970, following an explosion at a Weathermen bomb factory in the West Village, Rudd went underground in a flight from the law that lasted seven years. Today, he is an outspoken critic of the turn to violent struggle by the New Left in the late ’60s.

Four months after I get married, here’s my husband charged with three counts of attempted murder. It’s two days after King’s assassination, the height of the war. It’s madness, off-the-hook—you never knew what was going to happen. But you make a decision when you join a revolutionary movement: What’s most important in the world—your private existence or the collective transformation of the community? This tremendous legacy of fighting against slavery is what we were keying in on. We were young, and we were trying new things, but we knew we had inherited a struggle. One of the problems for today’s youth is that they don’t know how to handle this inheritance, and don’t really understand in some sense what they’ve inherited. There are many people who think the hip-hop culture activities are a political movement! I think the commercialization and the failure of public education, and the collapse of solid, working-class black communities because of changes in the economy, are all taking a huge hit on the community of people who would be furthering that legacy. [In 1968] we were taking something that was already there and making it sound and look different and cooler. We didn’t invent political rallies, we didn’t invent protests, but we did something with political rallies and protests that nobody else was doing. We were reformulating how black people thought about participating in the political process, because politics was kind of strange to black people, particularly ghetto teenagers. You know, “What’s politics?” So we were trying to break it down, like Bobby Seale would say: “Break it down to the real nitty-gritty.” —Kathleen Neal Cleaver's transformation from daughter of a college professor to a “stomp-down revolutionary” battling “domestic imperialism” was complete by 1968. She’d dropped out of Barnard College to join the Student Non-Violent Coordinating Committee (SNCC) and in 1967 moved to San Francisco and married Black Panther leader and Soul on Ice author Eldridge Cleaver. The next year Eldridge would be involved in a shootout with Oakland police, and eventually Kathleen would emerge as the public face of the Black Panthers. A committed activist still—she divorced the now-deceased Eldridge in 1987—the Yale University graduate teaches law at Emory University in Atlanta.
The radical and violent 60’s activists that avoided serious jail time for their terror attacks against US targets on US soil have now come to enjoy cushy College jobs and several have been elected to political positions while others have started “community organizations” to further bring about socialism to this country. They are well funded and politically protected and connected in all upper echelons of the US Government. Recent media accounts of this include the Attorney General dropping charges against the “New Black Panthers” for white voter intimidation; Attorney General overturning Congress to allow ACORN to receive federal funding in spite of overwhelming evidence of corruption, voter fraud and political infiltration. Barack Obama was, and is still connected and protects ACORN, SEIU and other “community organizations” to further allow funding to these nefarious and violent groups to radically change America, after all it is what he promised in his “Hope and Change” platform. Let’s hope this platform is also changed before it is too late to stop it.
America was supposed to have transcended “race” with the election of Barack Obama yet the race card is ever so prevalent. The race baiters and violent extremists of the past that have since become irrelevant have changed (starting in 1972) from “race” (primarily) to that of “class” to justify their existence. Now that we have reached the truth of the left’s goals to transfer wealth and transfer liberty to tyranny we must act. Everyone must act to educate the masses to the fraud of the century to reverse it.

Helter Skelter and the prophecy of Charles Manson
Who on the left idolized the mass murderer, and why?
The 1960’s
The infamy of the Manson is well known today as is the motivation behind the gruesome murders perpetrated by him and his followers. The term “Helter Skelter” was immortalized during the trial as Manson’s prophecy of a race war where the “black man” would end victorious over the white man and would rule the world.
This is fact and was proven in the criminal court system in the trial record. The murders took place on August 9, 1969. Two months later to the day, another band of terrorists, the Weather Underground (an SDS offshoot) and their founder was Bernadine Dohrn (Bill Ayers wife) were wreaking havoc in Chicago (Days of Rage riots) that left one man paralyzed for life.
What do the Weather Underground, Bernadine Dohrn (Bill Ayers wife) and Manson have in common? The all shared the same philosophy in the “Black man” rising to overthrow an oppressive white, privileged culture and were willing to murder to achieve their goals. In the end, Manson failed and is spending the rest of his life in prison for his crimes but Dohrn, Ayers and a host of SDS/Weatherman Underground leaders were not punished, but succeeded in getting an African American elected to the White House. Not only were the leaders of the SDS and Weatherman Underground not punished they went on to prominent and powerful positions in Politics and Academia.
Obama got his introduction into politics at the Weatherman Underground leader’s home in Chicago when he ran for the Illinois State Senate.
The SDS and Weatherman Underground were working hand in hand with the violent and militant black groups in the 1960 (Black Liberation Front, Black Liberation Army, Black Panthers, etc) in their quest to overthrow the United States Government by force of violence. They all wanted the same thing and were in solidarity with each other.

“In the summer of 1969, the ninth SDS national convention was held at the Chicago Coliseum with some 2000 people attending. Many factions of the movement were present, and set up their literature tables all around the edges of the cavernous hall. The Young Socialist Alliance, Wobblies, Spartacists, Marxists and Maoists of various sorts, all together with various law-enforcement spies and informers contributed to the air of impending expectations.
Each delegate was given the convention issue of the newspaper New Left Notes, which contained a manifesto, "You don't need a Weatherman to know which way the wind blows". This manifesto had been first presented at the Spring, 1969, SDS National Council Meeting in Austin, Texas.
The document had been written by an 11-member committee that included Mark Rudd, Bernardine Dohrn and John Jacobs, and represented the position of the Revolutionary Youth Movement (RYM) wing of SDS, most of which later turned into the Weather Underground Organization. The New Left Notes issue was full of the language of the Old Left of the 1930s; and was thus impenetrable and irrelevant to the majority of SDSers.” – Wikipedia

Members of the Black Liberation Army (BLA) were indicted for the 1971 killing of San Francisco Police Sergeant, John Young. The BLA worked with the Weather Underground.
In fact, the Weather Underground and the BLA in 1981 tried to rob a Brinks truck and killed three law enforcement officers in Rockland County, New York. Weather Underground members Kathy Boudin and David Gilbert went to prison for their roles in the assault, while their “comrades,” Ayers and Dohrn, raised their child, Chesa Boudin. Dohrn was jailed for seven months for refusing to cooperate with a federal grand jury investigating the murders.
Chesa Boudin (whom Dohrn adopted after her mother was convicted in the Brinks murder) would grow up and live in Venezuela and become a self-described “foreign policy adviser” to Marxist ruler Hugo Chavez, implicated by the evidence and newspaper accounts in support for the Colombian FARC and Middle Eastern terror groups. By his own admission, Ayers has traveled four times to Venezuela to lecture on “educational” issues. He was described by Venezuelan authorities during one appearance as a former leader of a “revolutionary and anti-imperialist group” that “brought an armed struggle to the USA for more than 10 years from within the womb of the empire.”
During their time in the Weather Underground, before they became “respectable” and “mainstream” and associated with politicians like Barack Obama, Dohrn and Ayers signed a document, “Prairie Fire: The Politics of Revolutionary Anti-Imperialism,” dedicated to Sirhan Sirhan, the assassin of Robert F. Kennedy.
Eric Holder, as the Assistant Attorney General under Clinton was instrumental in getting two of the Weatherman Underground convicted terrorists pardoned who participated in the Brinks job, on the last day of his Presidency. It was done by stealth.
In an April 2008 Democrat debate, Obama criticized the pardon of Clinton in a “lip service for the masses” because he went on to hire Holder (the architect of the Weatherman pardons) after winning the election.
Eric Holder, as Attorney General under Obama dropped the voter intimidation case that was already won against the three “New Black Panther” separatist militants in Philadelphia in 2009.
Birth of the BLA
In 1965 the Black Liberation Front created when 84 students returned from a trip to Cuba. The founder of the BLA was one of those 84 (Robert Steele Collier) who was arrested for attempting to blow up the Statue of Liberty and the Washington Monument.
Another one of the 84 was Jerry Rubin (Founder of the Yippies).
“Jerry Rubin set the tone perfectly during his trip to Cuba in 1964, during which he paid special homage to Castro’s chief executioner, Che Guevara. Rubin proudly recalls:
We were 84 Amerikan students visiting Cuba illegally in 1964. We had to travel 14,000 miles, via Czechoslovakia, to reach Cuba. . . . As Che rapped on for four hours, we fantasized taking up rifles. Growing beards. Going into the hills as guerrillas. Joining Che to create revolutions throughout Latin America. None of us looked forward to returning home to the political bullshit in the United States."
On the New Year of 1968, Jerry Rubin and Abbie Hoffman co-founded the Youth International Party. They called themselves Yippies. Their political motives were anti-establishment. When asked about their political agendas, they passed out blank sheets of paper. But the main tenet of their formation was to mobilize a freak-out at the 1968 Chicago Democratic Convention. They did not know that this freak-out, The Festival of Life, would become one of the most dramatic events of American history, let alone the most investigated case since the assassination of president Kennedy.
The Festival of Life began on August 23, 1968. On the first day, Jerry Rubin and others announced their political candidate in the Chicago Civic Center. As a lavish Yippie stunt, they brought out a pig that they had named: Pigasus the Immortal. As soon as they brought out the pig, the police arrested the demonstrators for disorderly conduct. On the same day, Yippies held classes in Lincoln Park (the concert site) to teach karate, snake dancing, and martial arts.
On August 25, 1968, the Chicago Democratic Convention clashed against the Yippies' Festival of Life. Chicago's Mayor Richard Daley had ordered an 11 p.m. curfew to keep activists from sleeping in Lincoln Park. The previous night, police clubbed people who did not adhere to the curfew. At 9 p.m. the police confronted and attacked a group of demonstrators. According to police testimony, Jerry Rubin then encouraged demonstrators to attack the cops.
The next day (August 26th), Jerry Rubin and Abbie Hoffman urged their attendants to stay at Lincoln Park. A crowd of about 3,000 people gathered that night. While singing, talking, and chanting Indian wisdom, the police attacked the concert. Non-violent activists became violent, smashing windows and destroying street lamps.
The next two days became even more riotous. The police attacked demonstrators and reporters with tear gas and clubs. Attempting to lead hundreds of people to safety, Allen Ginsberg started an aum chant and marched demonstrators away from the cops. At the end of everything, almost all of the events founders had been arrested. The government would soon indict eight members for conspiracy against the government and rioting.
On September 4th, 1969, eight collaborators of the Festival of Life stood trial before Judge Julius Hoffman in the case "United States of America vs. David T. Dellinger, et al." The defendants were Dave Dellinger (National Mobilization Committee to End the War in Vietnam), Rennard C. Davis (Students for a Democratic Society), Thomas E. Hayden (Students for a Democratic Society), Lee Weiner (a sociology teaching assistant from Northwestern), John Froines (a chemist and member of the SDS), Bobby Seale (Black Panther Party), Abbie Hoffman (Yippie), and Jerry Rubin (Yippie). Not too far into the trial, Judge Hoffman removed Bobby Seale from the courtroom, sentencing him to four years for contempt of court. The media then labeled the case, "The Chicago Seven Trials.”
Bernadine Dohrn (Weather Underground) and Jerry Rubin (YIP) both said the following about Manson:
Dohrn: “At a 1969 “War Council” in Flint, Michigan, Dohrn gave her most memorable and notorious speech to her followers. Holding her fingers in what became the Weatherman “fork salute,” she said of the bloody murders recently committed by the Manson Family in which pregnant actress Sharon Tate and a Folgers coffee heiress and several other inhabitants of a Benedict Canyon mansion were brutally stabbed to death: “Dig it! First they killed those pigs, then they ate dinner in the same room with them. They even shoved a fork into the victim’s stomach! Wild!” The victim of the fork attack was Sharon Tate. The “War Council ended with a formal declaration of war against “AmeriKKKa.” Always spelled with three K’s."
"Dohrn, perhaps even more notorious than Ayers, once praised mass murderer Charles Manson as a “true revolutionary” and declared, “Dope is one of our weapons."
Dohrn today is an Associate Professor at Northwestern University and the Director of the Children and Family Justice Center (nice, praised a man who murdered a pregnant woman (Sharon Tate) and now is working with families and children).
At the War Council in 1969 when the council ended with the a formal declaration of war against “AmeriKKKa” it is curiously the exact language that Rev. Wright utilized in his famous “God Damn America” speech.

"I fell in love with Charlie Manson the first time I saw his cherub face and sparkling eyes on TV."
“His words and courage inspired us" - Rubin wrote concerning Charles Manson in his book, We Are Everywhere.
“The murders perpetrated by members of Charles Manson's "Family" were inspired in part by Manson's prediction of Helter Skelter, an apocalyptic war he believed would arise from tension over racial relations between blacks and whites.
Manson had been predicting racial war for some time before he used the term Helter Skelter. His first use of the term was at a gathering of the Family on New Year's Eve 1968. This took place at the Family's base at Myers Ranch, near California's Death Valley.
In its final form, which was reached by mid-February 1969, the scenario had Manson as not only the war's ultimate beneficiary but its musical cause. He and the Family would create an album with songs whose messages concerning the war would be as subtle as those he had heard in songs of The Beatles. More than merely foretell the conflict, this would trigger it; for, in instructing "the young love," America's white youth, to join the Family, it would draw the young, white female hippies out of San Francisco's Haight-Ashbury. Black men, thus deprived of the white women whom the political changes of the 1960s had made sexually available to them, would be without an outlet for their frustrations and would lash out in violent crimes against whites. A resultant murderous rampage against blacks by frightened whites would then be exploited by militant blacks to provoke an internecine war of mutual near-extermination between racist and non-racist whites over blacks' treatment. Then the militant blacks would arise to sneakily finish off the few whites they would know to have survived; indeed, they would kill off all non-blacks.
In this holocaust, the members of the enlarged Family would have little to fear; they would wait out the war in a secret city that was underneath Death Valley that they would reach through a hole in the ground. As the only actual remaining whites upon the race war's true conclusion, they would emerge from underground to rule the now-satisfied blacks, who, as the vision went, would be incapable of running the world; Manson "would scratch [the black man's] fuzzy head and kick him in the butt and tell him to go pick the cotton and go be a good nigger...." – Wikipedia
Angela Davis and the Black Panthers:
In 1970, Davis became the third woman to appear on the FBI's Most Wanted List when she was charged with conspiracy, kidnapping, and homicide stemming from her alleged participation in an escape attempt from the Marin County Hall of Justice. It was alleged that she had helped Johnathan Jackson, younger brother of prison inmate and cause célèbre, George Jackson, plan a kidnapping in order to free the elder Jackson. The kidnapping plan went awry, resulting in the deaths of judge Harold Haley, prisoners William Christmas and James McClain, and Jonathan Jackson. The shotgun that killed Haley had been registered in her name. It was alleged by the prosecution that she provided some of the firearms and participated in the planning of the kidnapping. She evaded the police for two months before being captured. She was tried and acquitted of all charges eighteen months after her capture. Her bail was posted by a Curuthers, California farmer Rodger McAfee.
Angela Davis and Bernadine Dohrn were both on the FBI Most Wanted list at the same time in the 1970’s. J. Edgar Hoover personally stated that Dohrn was the “most dangerous woman” in the world.

Eric Holder, as the Assistant Attorney General under Clinton was instrumental in getting two of the Weatherman Underground convicted terrorists pardoned who participated in the Brinks job, on the last day of his Presidency. It was done by stealth.
In an April 2008 Democrat debate, Obama criticized the pardon of Clinton in a “lip service for the masses” because he went on to hire Holder (the architect of the Weatherman pardons) after winning the election.

Birth of the BLA
In 1965 the Black Liberation Front created when 84 students returned from a trip to Cuba. The founder of the BLA was one of those 84 (Robert Steele Collier) who was arrested for attempting to blow up the Statue of Liberty and the Washington Monument.
Another one of the 84 was Jerry Rubin (Founder of the Yippies).
“Jerry Rubin set the tone perfectly during his trip to Cuba in 1964, during which he paid special homage to Castro’s chief executioner, Che Guevara. Rubin proudly recalls:
We were 84 Amerikan students visiting Cuba illegally in 1964. We had to travel 14,000 miles, via Czechoslovakia, to reach Cuba. . . . As Che rapped on for four hours, we fantasized taking up rifles. Growing beards. Going into the hills as guerrillas. Joining Che to create revolutions throughout Latin America. None of us looked forward to returning home to the political bullshit in the United States."
On the New Year of 1968, Jerry Rubin and Abbie Hoffman co-founded the Youth International Party. They called themselves Yippies. Their political motives were anti-establishment. When asked about their political agendas, they passed out blank sheets of paper. But the main tenet of their formation was to mobilize a freak-out at the 1968 Chicago Democratic Convention. They did not know that this freak-out, The Festival of Life, would become one of the most dramatic events of American history, let alone the most investigated case since the assassination of president Kennedy.
The Festival of Life began on August 23, 1968. On the first day, Jerry Rubin and others announced their political candidate in the Chicago Civic Center. As a lavish Yippie stunt, they brought out a pig that they had named: Pigasus the Immortal. As soon as they brought out the pig, the police arrested the demonstrators for disorderly conduct. On the same day, Yippies held classes in Lincoln Park (the concert site) to teach karate, snake dancing, and martial arts.
On August 25, 1968, the Chicago Democratic Convention clashed against the Yippies' Festival of Life. Chicago's Mayor Richard Daley had ordered an 11 p.m. curfew to keep activists from sleeping in Lincoln Park. The previous night, police clubbed people who did not adhere to the curfew. At 9 p.m. the police confronted and attacked a group of demonstrators. According to police testimony, Jerry Rubin then encouraged demonstrators to attack the cops.
The next day (August 26th), Jerry Rubin and Abbie Hoffman urged their attendants to stay at Lincoln Park. A crowd of about 3,000 people gathered that night. While singing, talking, and chanting Indian wisdom, the police attacked the concert. Non-violent activists became violent, smashing windows and destroying street lamps.
The next two days became even more riotous. The police attacked demonstrators and reporters with tear gas and clubs. Attempting to lead hundreds of people to safety, Allen Ginsberg started an aum chant and marched demonstrators away from the cops. At the end of everything, almost all of the events founders had been arrested. The government would soon indict eight members for conspiracy against the government and rioting.
On September 4th, 1969, eight collaborators of the Festival of Life stood trial before Judge Julius Hoffman in the case "United States of America vs. David T. Dellinger, et al." The defendants were Dave Dellinger (National Mobilization Committee to End the War in Vietnam), Rennard C. Davis (Students for a Democratic Society), Thomas E. Hayden (Students for a Democratic Society), Lee Weiner (a sociology teaching assistant from Northwestern), John Froines (a chemist and member of the SDS), Bobby Seale (Black Panther Party), Abbie Hoffman (Yippie), and Jerry Rubin (Yippie). Not too far into the trial, Judge Hoffman removed Bobby Seale from the courtroom, sentencing him to four years for contempt of court. The media then labeled the case, "The Chicago Seven Trials.”
Bernadine Dohrn (Weather Underground) and Jerry Rubin (YIP) both said the following about Manson:
Dohrn: “At a 1969 “War Council” in Flint, Michigan, Dohrn gave her most memorable and notorious speech to her followers. Holding her fingers in what became the Weatherman “fork salute,” she said of the bloody murders recently committed by the Manson Family in which pregnant actress Sharon Tate and a Folgers coffee heiress and several other inhabitants of a Benedict Canyon mansion were brutally stabbed to death: “Dig it! First they killed those pigs, then they ate dinner in the same room with them. They even shoved a fork into the victim’s stomach! Wild!” The victim of the fork attack was Sharon Tate. The “War Council ended with a formal declaration of war against “AmeriKKKa.” Always spelled with three K’s."
"Dohrn, perhaps even more notorious than Ayers, once praised mass murderer Charles Manson as a “true revolutionary” and declared, “Dope is one of our weapons."
Dohrn today is an Associate Professor at Northwestern University and the Director of the Children and Family Justice Center (nice, praised a man who murdered a pregnant woman (Sharon Tate) and now is working with families and children).
At the War Council in 1969 when the council ended with the a formal declaration of war against “AmeriKKKa” it is curiously the exact language that Rev. Wright utilized in his famous “God Damn America” speech.
Rubin:

Angela Davis and the Black Panthers:
In 1970, Davis became the third woman to appear on the FBI's Most Wanted List when she was charged with conspiracy, kidnapping, and homicide stemming from her alleged participation in an escape attempt from the Marin County Hall of Justice. It was alleged that she had helped Johnathan Jackson, younger brother of prison inmate and cause célèbre, George Jackson, plan a kidnapping in order to free the elder Jackson. The kidnapping plan went awry, resulting in the deaths of judge Harold Haley, prisoners William Christmas and James McClain, and Jonathan Jackson. The shotgun that killed Haley had been registered in her name. It was alleged by the prosecution that she provided some of the firearms and participated in the planning of the kidnapping. She evaded the police for two months before being captured. She was tried and acquitted of all charges eighteen months after her capture. Her bail was posted by a Curuthers, California farmer Rodger McAfee.
Angela Davis and Bernadine Dohrn were both on the FBI Most Wanted list at the same time in the 1970’s. J. Edgar Hoover personally stated that Dohrn was the “most dangerous woman” in the world.

The missing organs of Socialists
It has been roughly 11 months since “the One” has occupied the White House and one thing is abundantly clear, he is deaf!
The deafness of this President and his Administration has now spread from the Oval Office to the Senate, House and around the World. This is an epidemic or a for a better term “a pandemic situation”.
The American public caught a hint of this handicap early on when it appeared that either he was ignoring the public or was literally deaf when it came to the growing opposition to the “Healthcare” bill that he and his fellow “auditory ossicle” challenged elites have pushed down our throats.
This pandemic isn’t just a disease that is transmitted to elite politicians around the world, but to a growing number of main stream media workers as well. The recent Global Warming email hacker story is the latest objective medical evidence of that disease has infected the media (with the lone exception of Fox News who seems to be impervious to the ravaging effects) as all of the networks haven’t heard about the scandal that cements what the public has known for many years now, Global Warming is a hoax to grab as much money as possible.
Those of us who have remained resistant to this virulent strain of the disease have known of the hoax by the simple test of “going outside and feeling a bit colder” in spite of protestations that the weather around the planet is heating at an alarming rate, according to the deaf ones.
Normally, we should pity those with disabilities but in this case we must find a way to intervene for their (and our) own good. It appears that a bi-product of this initial disease has traveled to other organs and now effect their sight and judgment.
They are now in the late stages of what we term as “deaf, dumb and blind”!
In spite of the hard evidence that has emerged showing a concerted effort to defraud the masses, those affected by the disease are pushing harder to enact the treaty being proposed in Copenhagen.

Anti-Obamacare doctor speaks the truth
Ensuing Liberal comments and then the facts!
On August 29, 2009 an ER physician, Starner Jones, MD had his “letter to the editor” published in the “Clarion Ledger” and has now made its rounds on the internet. This is what he wrote:

During my last night's shift in the ER, I had the pleasure of evaluating a patient with a shiny new gold tooth, multiple elaborate tattoos, a very expensive brand of tennis shoes and a new cellular telephone equipped with her favorite R&B tune for a ringtone. Glancing over the chart, one could not help noticing her payer status: Medicaid. She smokes more than one costly pack of cigarettes every day and, somehow, still has money to buy beer.
And our Congress expects me to pay for this woman's health care? Our nation's health care crisis is not a shortage of quality hospitals, doctors or nurses. It is a crisis of culture - a culture in which it is perfectly acceptable to spend money on vices while refusing to take care of one's self or, heaven forbid, purchase health insurance. A culture that thinks "I can do whatever I want to because someone else will always take care of me". Life is really not that hard. Most of us reap what we sow.

He did not hide behind an anonymous name and bravely spoke of his experience with his opinion about what is wrong with the perceptions of the poor in this country and his frustrations of having to (as Obama explained it to Joe the Plumber”) give the person behind you a "hand up".
Here are some comments, from Liberals, found on various sites that ran with the letter:
1) “The role of a physician is not to make political value judgments, but to treat the patient.”
Note: Be a good little socialist or the thought police will visit. Remember you do not have the right to “freedom of speech” if it goes against our policies and agenda!
2) “If this lady really qualified for Medicaid, then this guy shouldn't judge whether she deserves it or not. Maybe she's mentally retarded, can't hold a job, and got that cell phone for Christmas from a relative. A cell phone costs a tiny fraction of the cost of health insurance.”
Note: Liberals love to argue a “moral equivalency” in justifying bad behavior (Medicaid patient) by pointing to other bad behavior (cell phone cost compared to health insurance cost).
3) “It's not right to judge this woman in regards to her smoking. We don't have enough information. It's a very, very serious addiction. It's been compared to heroin addiction...I can attest that it's very, very nasty. Also...w/o insurance...she can't get medication to help her off of it.”
Note: Once again the pointing to other bad behavior to justify (smoking addiction vs. heroin). We may not have “enough information” but the doctor had her chart notes and medical file information when he made his statement.
And finally, my favorite (which is why I wrote this article):
5) “This is such a sad thing on so many levels. First off, should a person this judgmental be working in an emergency room dealing with people who are poor? Hard to believe this doctor could actually refrain from using the N word but he does let you know that the patient is black by mentioning the R&B ringtone.
Okay, let's see, he's a 7th generation Mississippian and 7 generations ago her family, if she even knows who they were, were slaves with NOTHING. This doctor says that life isn't that hard really? Well, being a white person who benefited from what his daddy got from his daddy that he got from his daddy and so forth, no, it's not that hard. I've personally had a hell of a lot of breaks, went to the finest schools, etc. I'd be willing to bet this doctor had that sort of break in spades.
How does he know the gold tooth is new and if it wasn't made like most of them are by pounding out gold from a necklace and having it fitted by somebody who may have never even been to a dentist. Expensive "brand" of tennis shoe? I have Adidas that I got at an outlet store for $20. They could even be a Korean counterfeit like his wife's Kate Spade purses.
The final thing is, this girl, if she has a job, is probably making minimum wage at a job that doesn't offer health insurance. If she wanted to buy her own policy she wouldn't be able to afford any sort of decent plan and probably couldn't even make the co-pays.
The level of incivility out of Republicans like this doctor has gotten to such a level that I am embarrassed to call myself a Southerner these days. I'm sure he goes to his nice Protestant church on Sundays and cares nothing about the people he treats. First I want to compare this “Medicaid” patient to another indigent/homeless person who sports a cell phone in the photo taken when Michelle Obama was serving lunch recently at a government funded soup kitchen shown in the photo attached to this article.
In dissecting commenter #5’s comment I must say that leveling racist charges is usually a liberals “ace in the hole” that is saved for last when all other tactics to demean, smear and marginalize have failed yet he opens with it. The commenter leaps to the race of the doctor’s patient by opinion (which is exactly what he rails against the doctor for purportedly doing).
He is not finished because he quickly leaps/pounces on the 7th Generation comment the doctor made and places the patient’s family as slaves. Let’s look at this comment for a moment! A generation is “Daughter to Mother” and “Mother to Grandmother” etc. If you are to establish a timeline for generations (which I will do here at 20 years intervals) then going back 6 generations for this patient could have been around the time that Lincoln and the Congress abolished slavery in 1865. Since we do not know the age of the patient I will give the commenter the benefit of the doubt and say that her 7th generation was in the time of slaves in this country given the propensity of slave owners in the South, particularly in Mississippi at that time.
Finally, after proclaiming his “white guilt” by having all of the breaks that the patient did not and leaping to the conclusion the doctor had the same breaks as the commenter, he closes by comparing “incivility out of Republicans like this doctor”. OK here we have it, a racist doctor with a silver spoon that does not possess white guilt like all Republicans (inferring that Republicans are guilty of racial incivility). Now, for a history lesson that this commenter obviously missed when he bragged “Well, being a white person who benefited from what his daddy got from his daddy that he got from his daddy and so forth, no, it's not that hard. I've personally had a hell of a lot of breaks, went to the finest schools, etc.”:
On December 10, 1817, Mississippi became the 20th State (Dr. Jones home state). Mississippi has long been a State controlled by “racist” Democrats. Coincidently, the State land animal is the “white tailed deer” and the State beverage is “milk” and their State flag bears the “confederate symbol” that liberals love to point to as racist.
Since it’s inception as a State (1817), Democrats have been elected Governor all but five times (James Alcorn 1870-1871; Ridgley Powers 1871-1874; Adelbert Ames 1874-1876; Kirk Fordice 1992-2000 and Haley Barbour 2004-Present). Republican Governors have led the State 20 years out of 192 years. I think it is safe to say that the State of Mississippi has historically been governed by Democrats.

In 1865, The US Constitution passed the 13th Amendment to prohibit and abolish slavery and the State of Mississippi was tightly controlled by Democrats.
In 1865, Mississippi voted against the amendment and subsequently on March 16, 1995 (130 years later) the state ratified the amendment while a Republican Governor, and both State Senators were Republican.
In 1890, white Democrats consolidated their political power in Mississippi. For more than seventy years, the state was a Democratic stronghold in which Republicans and African Americans had little political clout.
The elections of 1976, however, marked the last time Mississippi would cast its presidential electoral votes for a Democrat. That year, the state's Democratic lineup included the governor, both United States senators and three representatives, and all but five seats in the state legislature.
Thirty years later, Republican Haley Barbour is the state governor, four of the seven statewide elected officials are Republicans, both United States Senators are Republicans, and the GOP boasts 69 of the 174 members in the state legislature.
42% of the state's population was African American in 1960, discriminatory voter registration processes still prevented most of them from voting, consequent to provisions of the state constitution, which had been in place since 1890 when white democrats “consolidated their power”.

Red Shirts
The Red Shirts or Redshirts of the Southern United States were white paramilitary groups in the 19th century, active primarily after formal Reconstruction. They first arose in Mississippi in 1875, when conservative rifle clubs and private militias adopted red shirts to make themselves more visible and threatening to Republicans, both whites and freedmen. Similar groups formed in other southern states and also adopted Red Shirts.
Among the most prominent Red Shirts were supporters of Democrat Wade Hampton during the campaigns for the South Carolina gubernatorial elections of 1876 and 1878. The Red Shirts were one of a number of paramilitary organizations, such as the White League in Louisiana, that arose in the continuing insurgency of white Democrats in the South in the 1870s. Such groups acted as "the military arm of the Democratic Party."
While engaging in terrorism, in contrast to secret vigilante groups such as the Ku Klux Klan, the Red Shirts and other paramilitary groups worked openly, were more organized and directed their efforts at political goals: namely, to restore the Democrats to power by turning out Republicans, and repressing civil rights and voting by blacks. Paramilitary Democrats suppressing votes (sounds like ACORN) and organized to direct effort to restore Democrats to power (sounds like Organizing for America and the SEIU).
So we have it there. Democrats in the State of Mississippi have long been tied to terrorism to enforce racial segregation and voter suppression. It appears that things haven’t changed much on the Left Side of the Isle as they still misrepresent African Americans while calling Republicans racist.

First I want to compare this “Medicaid” patient to another indigent/homeless person who sports a cell phone in the photo taken when Michelle Obama was serving lunch recently at a government funded soup kitchen shown in the photo attached to this article.
In dissecting commenter #5’s comment I must say that leveling racist charges is usually a liberals “ace in the hole” that is saved for last when all other tactics to demean, smear and marginalize have failed yet he opens with it. The commenter leaps to the race of the doctor’s patient by opinion (which is exactly what he rails against the doctor for purportedly doing).
He is not finished because he quickly leaps/pounces on the 7th Generation comment the doctor made and places the patient’s family as slaves. Let’s look at this comment for a moment! A generation is “Daughter to Mother” and “Mother to Grandmother” etc. If you are to establish a timeline for generations (which I will do here at 20 years intervals) then going back 6 generations for this patient could have been around the time that Lincoln and the Congress abolished slavery in 1865. Since we do not know the age of the patient I will give the commenter the benefit of the doubt and say that her 7th generation was in the time of slaves in this country given the propensity of slave owners in the South, particularly in Mississippi at that time.
Finally, after proclaiming his “white guilt” by having all of the breaks that the patient did not and leaping to the conclusion the doctor had the same breaks as the commenter, he closes by comparing “incivility out of Republicans like this doctor”. OK here we have it, a racist doctor with a silver spoon that does not possess white guilt like all Republicans (inferring that Republicans are guilty of racial incivility). Now, for a history lesson that this commenter obviously missed when he bragged “Well, being a white person who benefited from what his daddy got from his daddy that he got from his daddy and so forth, no, it's not that hard. I've personally had a hell of a lot of breaks, went to the finest schools, etc.”:
On December 10, 1817, Mississippi became the 20th State (Dr. Jones home state). Mississippi has long been a State controlled by “racist” Democrats. Coincidently, the State land animal is the “white tailed deer” and the State beverage is “milk” and their State flag bears the “confederate symbol” that liberals love to point to as racist.
Since it’s inception as a State (1817), Democrats have been elected Governor all but five times (James Alcorn 1870-1871; Ridgley Powers 1871-1874; Adelbert Ames 1874-1876; Kirk Fordice 1992-2000 and Haley Barbour 2004-Present). In 1865, The US Constitution passed the 13th Amendment to prohibit and abolish slavery and the State of Mississippi was tightly controlled by Democrats.
In 1865, Mississippi voted against the amendment and subsequently on March 16, 1995 (130 years later) the state ratified the amendment while a Republican Governor, and both State Senators were Republican.
In 1890, white Democrats consolidated their political power in Mississippi. For more than seventy years, the state was a Democratic stronghold in which Republicans and African Americans had little political clout.
The elections of 1976, however, marked the last time Mississippi would cast its presidential electoral votes for a Democrat. That year, the state's Democratic lineup included the governor, both United States senators and three representatives, and all but five seats in the state legislature.
Thirty years later, Republican Haley Barbour is the state governor, four of the seven statewide elected officials are Republicans, both United States Senators are Republicans, and the GOP boasts 69 of the 174 members in the state legislature.
42% of the state's population was African American in 1960, discriminatory voter registration processes still prevented most of them from voting, consequent to provisions of the state constitution, which had been in place since 1890 when white democrats “consolidated their power”.

Red Shirts
The Red Shirts or Redshirts of the Southern United States were white paramilitary groups in the 19th century, active primarily after formal Reconstruction. They first arose in Mississippi in 1875, when conservative rifle clubs and private militias adopted red shirts to make themselves more visible and threatening to Republicans, both whites and freedmen. Similar groups formed in other southern states and also adopted Red Shirts.
Among the most prominent Red Shirts were supporters of Democrat Wade Hampton during the campaigns for the South Carolina gubernatorial elections of 1876 and 1878. The Red Shirts were one of a number of paramilitary organizations, such as the White League in Louisiana, that arose in the continuing insurgency of white Democrats in the South in the 1870s. Such groups acted as "the military arm of the Democratic Party."
While engaging in terrorism, in contrast to secret vigilante groups such as the Ku Klux Klan, the Red Shirts and other paramilitary groups worked openly, were more organized and directed their efforts at political goals: namely, to restore the Democrats to power by turning out Republicans, and repressing civil rights and voting by blacks. Paramilitary Democrats suppressing votes (sounds like ACORN) and organized to direct effort to restore Democrats to power (sounds like Organizing for America and the SEIU).
So we have it there. Democrats in the State of Mississippi have long been tied to terrorism to enforce racial segregation and voter suppression. It appears that things haven’t changed much on the Left Side of the Isle as they still misrepresent African Americans while calling Republicans racist.

Eric Holder testifies before Congress on Mohammed decision
There he sat in all his smugness as America’s Jiahadi’s friend before a Congressional hearing to explain the Obama Administrations position on bringing 5 of the worst from Guantanamo to stand trial.
When Holder was pressed on the “criminalization of the 9/11” perpetrators and the possibility that something could go wrong (as in most criminal trials) he just cannot answer the simple question.
Direction testimony:
KOHL: Mr. Holder, last week you announced that the department will bring to Guantanamo detainees accused of planning the 9/11 attacks to trial in federal court in New York, as we've talked about this morning. On Friday you said that you'd not have authorized prosecution if you were not confident that the outcome would be successful. However, many critics have offered their own predictions about how such a trial might well play out.
One concern we have heard from critics of your decision is that the defendants could get off on legal technicalities, in which case these terrorists would walk free. Does this scenario have any merit? If not, why? And in the worst case scenario that the trial does not result in a conviction, what would be your next steps?
HOLDER: Many of those who have criticized the decision -- and not all -- but many of those who have criticized the decision have done so, I think, from a position of ignorance. They have not had access to the materials that I have had access to.
They've not had a chance to look at the facts, look at the applicable laws and make the determination as to what our chances of success are. I would not have put these cases in Article III courts if I did not think our chances of success were not good -- in fact, if I didn't think our chances of success were enhanced by bringing the cases there. My expectation is that these capable prosecutors from the Justice Department will be successful in the prosecution of these cases.
KOHL: But taking into account that you never know what happens when you walk into a court of law, in the event that for whatever reason they do not get convicted, what would be your next step? I'm sure you must have talked about it.
HOLDER: What I told the prosecutors and what I will tell you and what I spoke to them about is that failure is not an option. Failure is not an option. This -- these are cases that have to be won. I don't expect that we will have a contrary result.
Obama, as well as Holder, have both publicly stated KSM is guilty and that he will receive the death penalty. Remember when Nixon blurted that “Manson was guilty” and the next day Manson stood up and held the LA times front page to the jurors about Nixon’s declaration of guilt? The mistrial for the publicity tainting almost caused a mistrial.

In one of a series of TV interviews during his trip to Asia, Obama said those offended by the legal privileges given to Muhammed by virtue of getting a civilian trial rather than a military tribunal won't find it "offensive at all when he's convicted and when the death penalty is applied to him."
Eric Holder was then reminded that under the Obama administration's law-enforcement approach to terrorism, if we capture Osama bin Laden the first things we'll have to do are read him his rights and get him a free lawyer. When Lindsay Graham pointed this out to Eric Holder in yesterday's Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, Holder feebly responded that maybe we wouldn't have to Mirandize bin Laden because the evidence against him is "overwhelming."
Then today Pat Leahy went on record to defend Holder and the Obama Administrations decision to try KSM and Osama in civilian court with this:
Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.), the chairman of that committee, said that arguments raised by Republican senators about whether bin Laden would be afforded Miranda rights if he were captured was a "red herring."
"The red herring that my friend [Sen.] Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) was covering is not realistic," Leahy said during an appearance on "Washington Journal" on C-SPAN.
"For one thing, capturing Osama bin Laden -- we've had enough on him, we don't need to interrogate him," Leahy added.
So, there you have it. If we capture Osama bin Laden we will not need to interrogate him! Never mind that he approves all operations that are of any significance and is the “head of the snake” for the body known as Al quada. No, no interrogation needed here and oh by the way, let him keep his laptop while were at it.

The Windy City’s stench of death!
The two things you never discuss – Religion and Politics
Chicago has had a crime problem historically with Al Capone, Rod Blagojevich and Governor Ryan to name a few. The tapestry of violence has always added to the allure of the city as well as the nature of “Chicago Style Politics” that Obama has recently been accused of.
There has been an uptick in political and religious deaths lately that have been ruled suicides and murders.
Christopher Kelly committed suicide on 11/10/09 from an apparent overdose of aspirin. Kelly was just convicted of his role in the Blagojevich “Operation Board Games” investigation that Obama’s name is tied.
Michael Scott, Chicago School Board President, was found dead in the river near his car of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. In addition to the School Board political position, Scott was also on the Chicago Olympic 2016 board along with White House advisor Valerie Jarrett (who is also named in the Blagojevich Obama Senate Seat scandal that is under investigation).
“It appears that Scott had more than a civic minded role that he played in the “failed 2016” Olympic bid. But, Alderman Burke isn’t the only insider benefiting from the Olympics. Real Estate developer Michael Scott also stands to gain. The Chicago Tribune reports of Scott: “A member of Mayor Richard Daley’s team working to bring the Olympics to Chicago has quietly arranged to develop city-owned land near a park that would be transformed for the 2016 Summer Games, potentially positioning himself to cash in if the Games come here.”
Michael Scott is also President of the Chicago Public School board. The Chicago Sun-Times reported that Scott has been subpoenaed to testify before a federal grand jury investigating how students are chosen for admission to some of the city’s most elite public schools.” – Townhall Merideth Jessup 9/29/09
One day later, news comes out that the death is being investigated as possible homicide in spite of the coroners report that it was a suicide.
While researching any other “political suicides” in the windy city I came across this nugget that truly baffles the mind.
It was initially reported by the local media (I-Team) in this fashion:
“'A Chicago pastor was found in his Southwest Side home, stabbed more than twenty times and it was ruled a suicide.
'On Wednesday night, county police were still questioning some people who had dealings with Fr. Waclaw immediately prior to his death and the case remains open. But sources familiar with the investigation say because there was no trail of blood from the messy scene, because the priest was found in a locked bathroom, and because some acquaintances reported his unusual behavior of late. It had to have been a suicide
'The I-Team has been looking into this two-week-old case that has stunned those who knew the priest. The death of Fr. Waclaw [S. Jamroz] didn't receive much attention outside his parish near Midway Airport.”
'A press release from the archdiocese reported that he died of 'self-inflicted injuries.' But after the I-Team learned that those injuries included nearly two-dozen knife wounds, we began investigating a mystery in the rectory.
The article described the I-team investigative team uncovered this about the Pastor:
'The pastor had some personal concerns. He was recently accused of civil racketeering in a lawsuit filed by the husband of a parishioner in a messy divorce.
'According to the suit, Fr. Waclaw raised $577,000 from churchgoers to help the woman pay legal bills. Then the priest testified against an attorney in the case at a state disciplinary hearing-describing 'threats' by the lawyer. Fr. Waclaw said the attorney told him to steal money from the church and when he refused was offered $5,000 cash to forget about it. The lawyer's license was suspended by the state on September 28.
Then there is this nugget:
Interestingly, Father Waclaw Jamroz' stabbing death — ruled a suicide — is similar to that of Catholic choir director (see murder of another Choir director at Obama's church below) and professor Francis E. Pellegrini, who was murdered in 1984. That case, which I covered most recently in a Feb. 7, 2009 column, remains unsolved.
I highly doubt there's any connection between the two cases, considering the Pellegrini homicide occurred 25 years ago. And, of course, Father Jamroz' death, unlike that of Pellegrini, has been ruled a suicide. Still, it's rather eerie that both men died of multiple stab wounds under mysterious circumstances, don't you think?
Here is the news account of the 25 year old unsolved murder: From a June 1, 1984 story in the Chicago Tribune, by reporter Philip Wattley:
'A suspect was being sought Thursday in connection with the slaying of a City Colleges of Chicago professor whose body, bearing 20 stab wounds, was found in his South Side apartment.
'Police said it appeared that the victim, Francis E. Pellegrini, 47, was slain Wednesday by someone he knew, because there was no sign of forced entry to his apartment....
'Police said the suspect being sought was well acquainted with Pellegrini and recently took out a $100,000 insurance policy on Pellegrini's life....
'For the last nine years, Pellegrini, an assistant professor of sociology and social science for City Colleges, had been assigned to a program that allows high school seniors to take advanced courses to earn college credits, college officials said....
'Pellegrini's body was discovered at about 7:30 p.m. Wednesday by his landlord.
Keeping with the Political and Religion danger angle in Chicago another member of a church was found murdered. The Choir Director of the Trinity United Church of Christ church (Rev. Jeremiah Wrights & Barack Obama’s church) was shot to death in an apparent homicide.
According to a source (Larry Sinclair) who filed an affidavit with the Chicago Police investigating the death of Donald Young, received a phone call from Young, in Texas the just before his death to describe “the intimate relations with Mr. Obama and crack cocain drug use by Obama in 1999.
This murder of Donald Young who attended Obama’s church is addition to another murder where Obama’s name is tied – Lt. Quarles Harris (the Federal witness that was cooperating with the State Department Obama passport file breach case).
Then there is another suicide (September 2007) of Orlando Jones, Chicago political insider who was under investigation on multiple fronts, one of which was related to Stewart Levine and Tony Rezko and Operations Board Games (which Obama’s name is tide to).
It makes you wonder whether it is murder/suicide or both, but one thing is sure -- the Windy City is one dangerous place to be if you are either in Religion or Politics or tied to Obama by name.

Is it a “men in black moment” for me?
On November 13 on my Blog I posted an article I wrote about the Obama announcement that he was putting his man “John Brennan” in charge of the Ft. Hood Shooting investigation. I wrote of my concern that Mr. Brennan was the CEO of the company at the time the State Department Passport files were breached and that one of his employees was involved and disciplined.
I also was critical of the many criminal investigations along many fronts that all share one name in common, Barack Obama. The Blagojevich “operation board games investigation, Tony Rezko corruption conviction, Senate Seat sale and the murder of the lone witness in the Obama Passport breach case that today remains unsolved.
I went into my blog, as I do every day to post another article I worked on and found that the Executive Office of the President of the United States reviewed this particular article. I was able to see this inquiry because of the nifty little tool I have installed that compiles statistics on how many visitors, their URL’s and whether or not they are first time visitors or repeat visitors.
I must say that I am not normally a paranoid individual and realize that once I hit the “send” button there is a possibility that certain people and organizations will, by chance, read what I have written. The possibility that these people and organizations (being personal or political) find my words to be contradictory to their beliefs or ideologies are great.
I am writing this article now as a sort of “insurance” policy to let other know that I have been probed! It could be harmless, or?

On November 13 on my Blog I posted an article I wrote about the Obama announcement that he was putting his man “John Brennan” in charge of the Ft. Hood Shooting investigation. I wrote of my concern that Mr. Brennan was the CEO of the company at the time the State Department Passport files were breached and that one of his employees was involved and disciplined.
I also was critical of the many criminal investigations along many fronts that all share one name in common, Barack Obama. The Blagojevich “operation board games investigation, Tony Rezko corruption conviction, Senate Seat sale and the murder of the lone witness in the Obama Passport breach case that today remains unsolved.
I went into my blog, as I do every day to post another article I worked on and found that the Executive Office of the President of the United States reviewed this particular article. A “lone wolf juror”
Is there a “Bush Derangement Syndrome” nut in the Big Apple!
I personally find it repulsive that while Barack Obama is bowing to the Japanese Emperor we were burying our fallen ones as a result of a supposed “Lone Wolf” nut job. Obama and the MSM claim he is not any lone wolf that we should jump to the conclusion of the Islamic kind, but one who had to bear the stress of his fellow service member’s pain of fighting an unjust war.
In that regards, he was a “lone wolf” that is akin to “Bush Derangement Syndrome”. This is what they want you to believe.
At the same time that I cry foul to our President not being front and center at the funerals instead of sipping sake, another announcement comes from the beltway when Holder made his decision to bring 5 of our worst terrorists that are incarcerated at Guantanamo to NY to stand trial in civilian court.
How convenient that the announcement came late in the day on a Friday and at a time the President is unavailable for comment. He is not however above scrutiny by us when we remind our fellow citizens of this crude attempt to yet again circumvent the will of the people.
By now, we have heard that Holder intends to seek the death penalty (how very brave of him). Holder also assures us that the prosecution has a whole bunch of evidence that he is holding (that we have never been told existed) that will undoubtedly secure the convictions and that we should not concern ourselves with the fact that any evidence they may have had resulting from torture will be thrown out.
Anybody that has ever watched or followed criminal court cases like OJ or Scott Peterson know that a change of venue is sought when media coverage is intense in the area that the trial is slated to be heard. The governments plans to bring this trial to a courthouse that is less than 3,000 yards away from the hole in the ground where the defendant’s plied their craft is inconceivable.
What we see is a government that is terror friendly when the Ft. Hood shooter is to be tried by a military tribunal and illegal combatants tried in civilian courts. The government wants to keep the Hasan facts silent because he is Muslim and it happened on Obama’s watch, yet they want to give the worst of terror a platform to spew their propaganda and possibly go free because it will open the torture arguments, renditions, Habeas Corpus and the whole host of Bush policies that they want to continue to exploit.
There is one possibility that is even more assured than the parade of anti-Bush policies before the world in open court and that is danger that there will be a “lone wolf Juror” that suffers from “Bush Derangement Syndrome” themselves.
