When placing tolerance above safety - Part I

Giving Sharia Law a helping hand in America

“They seem peaceful now but they are incubating only, riding the peace our founding fathers sacrificed and built. Ignorant Americans assume they are harmless and moderate trying to appear noble, tolerant, broad and open minded. However, when the heat gets turned up, they will morph, into masses having that unrest willing to blackmail and hold our country hostage due to the arrogance they've garnered from shear numbers. We see this happening in Europe now. How can anyone think they will be or do differently here? Don't be stupid.

This is why I use the word cancer to define this cult. It appears benign at first. But any good doctor removes these tumors at first opportunity rather than wait deep into their inevitable malignancy. And guess what? Liberals are simply fertilizing these tumors.” - Analyst

The recent shooting at Ft. Hood has shown us a “tug of war” like atmosphere of competing theories between those delivering the news and the politicians tasked with the oversight of the military.

The Main Stream Media in their frenzy to “find the why” have gone to great lengths to push “the perpetrator is the victim” in many different forms.

The politicians (except for a select few) have all come out to pull their impassioned pleas to the public to avoid “rushing to judgment” or “draw any conclusions” on the basis that Major Hasan is Muslim though both have quickly reported that “this incident is not terror related”.

There is a third dynamic that has recently emerged from the US Army Chief of Staff, General George Casey in an interview has professed his “fears backlash against Muslims serving in the Army” and “cautioned against jumping to conclusions about whether religious beliefs motivated the accused gunman, Major Nidal Malik Hasan, a Muslim born in the United States of immigrant parents.” – Reuters.

In spite of the power the Main Stream media, politicians and our very own military leadership to hold sway, it is their attempts to mold this into anything but Islamic terror related the cold hard facts that have emerged since the incident show the complete opposite reality. The public knows that it is Muslim/Islamic Terror that is now aided by “political correctness”.

It has been this “political correctness” that has consistently undermined our safety since before 9/11 and today it still has the cancerous effect that has carried Islamic terror into the bowels of Ft. Hood.

For instance, George Bush insisted that Islam is “religion of peace” and did so standing on the rubble of the twin tower rubble.

This mantra (Islam being a religion of peace) has been echoed in each and every act of terror being perpetrated by those who believe in Islamic law whether they are “lone wolfs” or are part of “homegrown cells” that have no direct ties to al Qaeda.

It was the “political correctness” that removed the one person that we, as Americans, had to understand Islam. In January 2009, Stephen C. Coughlin was fired by the “Joint Staff” as an advisor to intelligence and military members concerning Islamic Law.

According to the Washington Times – “Coughlin was terminated due to the opposition to his work for the military by pro-Muslim officials within the office of Deputy Defense Secretary Gordon England.

He had run afoul of a key aide (Muslim outreach officer) to Mr. England, Hasham Islam, who confronted Mr. Coughlin during a meeting several weeks ago when Mr. Islam sought to have Mr. Coughlin soften his views on Islamist extremism.

Mr. Coughlin was accused directly by Mr. Islam of being a Christian zealot or extremist "with a pen," according to defense officials (notice the striking similarity of language that DHS utilized to describe “right wing radicals”). Mr. Coughlin appears to have become one of the first casualties in the war of ideas with Islamism.”

Mr. England denied he had any decision making authority regarding Coughlin’s dismissal that was made by the “Joint Staff”. The recent comment from General Casey on the Ft. Hood shooting amplifies the “dereliction of duty” by the Joint Staff by the removal of Coughlin, by Casey earlier this year.

The world turned upside down

It is maddening to hear the Army Chairman pronounce that it is more important to hold on to “multiculturalism” in the Army (and the country as a whole) instead of pressing for the truth behind the motives of the Ft. Hood Shooter. It is equally as maddening that those who practice Islam get a pass from scrutiny for fears of a perceived backlash against them.

1. After 9/11 profiling air travelers that were young Middle Eastern men between the ages of 18-24 was taboo – in spite of the fact that those who perpetrated the worst terror against America were exactly that (middle eastern men between the ages of 18-24).

2. The FBI just released a report that shows 10% of the 2,000 mosques in the US preach Jihad. Yet….
3. The Center for Security Policy Mapping Sharia in America Project released a stunning reporting in 2008 that show 75-80% of all mosques preach jihad.

4. Janet Napalitano (Head of the Department of Homeland Security):

“This was a terrible tragedy for all involved,” Napolitano told reporters in the United Arab Emirates’ capital Abu Dhabi. “Obviously, we object to — and do not believe — that anti-Muslim sentiment should emanate from this.”

Napolitano said her agency is working with state and local groups to try to deflect any anti-Muslim anger after the Thursday attacks by Army Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, a Muslim who reportedly expressed growing dismay over the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. The shootings left 13 people dead and 29 wounded.

“This was an individual who does not, obviously, represent the Muslim faith,” she said after meeting with a group of women university students.

5. Despite the overwhelming evidence to the contrary, Attorney General Eric Holder announced that he will speak at a CAIR event on November 19th in spite of the fact that CAIR was an un-indicted Co-conspirator in the terrorism financing case against the Holy Land Foundation.

"During that trial, evidence was introduced that demonstrated a relationship among CAIR, individual CAIR founders...and the Palestine Committee," FBI Congressional liaison Richard Powers wrote in an April letter to Sen. John Kyl, R-Ariz.

"Evidence was also introduced that demonstrated a relationship between the Palestine Committee and Hamas, which was designated as a terrorist organization in 1995. In light of that evidence the FBI suspended all formal contacts between CAIR and the FBI." - Newsmax

Additionally, the article also discloses that “In July, Holder surprised observers when he chose Arab American Institute President James Zogby to deliver the closing address at a Justice Department conference marking the 45th anniversary of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Zogby is reportedly an opponent of the federal government's efforts to cut off funding for terrorist organizations.”

To give you a head start, here is his thesis (it is a remarkable read):

The next part I will write and post as a continuation to this thread will compare Coughlin’s “Masters Thesis" to the basics I have described above. It was the Thesis that he had given to everyone in the command structure of the US Military and Intelligence fields “before” he was fired out of PCism.

When you read the thesis you will see what Coughlin, Analyst, myself and alot of sensible Americans are talking about here.
